What the story is about
A major client deal depends on the buyer believing that Gia and her partner are a happily married couple. When her real husband, who runs the company, cancels his place on the trip, she cannot simply go alone, so she brings along a junior colleague to play the role instead. The hotel hands them one suite with one bed.
What starts as a professional favor slowly turns personal. They rehearse affection for an audience, and the rehearsal stops feeling fake. Both of them are adults who choose to cross the line, and the attraction is mutual from the first look, with the lie as the thing that keeps raising the stakes.
Gia as the lead
Gia Lockhart is the mature, polished woman in charge of the trip, and the story rests on her. She is used to steering meetings and keeping appearances, so the fun lies in watching that composure slip once the pretending becomes real. She also exists as a chat character on Candy, so the conversation can continue beyond the episodes.
The colleague is deliberately a bit out of his depth, which sets up a gentle contrast: she is the experienced one, he is the one trying to remember his lines.
Mood and who it suits
Think boardroom glamour rather than gritty drama: hotel corridors, formal dinners, stolen glances across a table of clients. The tension comes from public performance and private temptation sharing the same room, and the tone stays playful instead of heavy.
It suits viewers who like office settings, older-woman leads and the kind of story where a cover story spirals. Because Gia is married, there is an infidelity angle, which some people enjoy and others avoid. Treat it as soap-opera fiction between consenting adults.
Free preview and finishing the series
Candy lets you begin without spending anything. The first episodes are SFW previews that lay out the trip, the deal and the hotel problem, and they leave the explicit material for the paid part. That is a fair sample of the writing and the visuals.
Unlocking the remaining episodes costs tokens, shown live on the series page. If the preview got you curious about how long the married act can last, finishing is reasonable value, since the whole season is built on that one escalating idea.
